The worst experience we had renting a vehicle To start they are not inside the airport. The are 30 minutes from the airport. You have to call a number for them to pick you up If they answer the phone they tell you that it will take 10 minutes before someone picks you up and brigs to the rental office outside the airport. It took one hour and 29 minutes. We wanted to get a different car rental agency but we prepaid the reservation before, so had no choice but wait outside in a 93 Degrees weather outside with our luggage. The ... read more
I reserved a car and called to cancel. They charged my card and said they didn't. I showed him my receipt and he said call your bank because we didn't charge it. Poor customer service. Shady and rude.
Called at 5:20 and really needed a car. Their page said closes at 6 and got there at 5:40 and the guy says come back tomorrow at 8. Thanks a lot.
The guy was really nice ! And helpful quick & efficient ! Lester was awesome
