Agents were very polite explained everything thoroughly. Vehicle was clean I will be renting again
I had previously reserved a car though a diffent company but was told almost an hour after my reserved time that there were no cars available checked another company same results was told about U-Save called and explained the problem and was told they had a car available drove to U-Save rented the car and was able to make my destination on time. The staff was very helpful courteous and even offered a Military discount. This is the perfect example of customer service I will diffently be back the next time I need to rent a car... read more
