This place started off being my saving grace but when I had to park the car and call an ambulance, they said they could come pick it up. I come back 2 weeks later and yes I was in the hospital for 2 weeks if that tells you how serious it was they are saying they won’t rent to me because of stains in the car but they didn’t have any pictures, they also said it was because I didn’t answer the phone I’m sorry I can’t stop my life and answer your call I always called back. We came to town for a Wedding. So had reservation at Enterprise. So we went to pick the car up car from Enterprise. Found out they won't take our Debit Card because we were out of state. So went to Hertz and same thing. Don't understand! As long there's money; I don't see a problem. So little stressed , wondering where to go. I didn't know this place existed until I Googled car rental. Very friendly and helpful staff. They will have a vehicle for 7 people when others around town don't unless you go to BNA. Who wants to go to BNA for a car! Not me. I got a 2012 Dodge Caravan. It was nice but not for a 6'3" guy to drive. It is truly a 5'4" soccer mom vehicle. A bit pricey at $330 for 3 days with it being a 2012 model and very used as you can imagine. However it only had 58k miles on it for being that old. 5 stars for the staff. The most kind and accommodating people here. I highly recommend U-Save if you're needing a rental car. No hassle whatsoever and willing to work with you to meet your needs.
