Costumer service is terrible at its finest. The young lady was rude. I started out with a $300 payment which turned into over $600 to be exact 613. The young lady told me I had to purchase their insurance because I didn’t have my insurance declaration page I was charged 30+ dollars a day for their insurance. If I would have known the location and how far I was from another rental company. I would have not rented with this company.
