I made a reservation through Orbitz to rent a vehicle with this company, I checked their rules and regulations in regards to renting a vehicle and they clearly stated there will be a charge of $100.00 deposit fee to my credit card, but when I arrived to the company to pick up the vehicle the manager stated they will charge me a $200 deposit fee, so I brought to his attention of what they advertise in Orbitz, so the mal... read more
I am surprised that this company is still in business. They have the very worst customer service. They have employees on the front desk with big attitude for no reason. Yes it could be cheaper but with the cars they have and that customer service it is no worth to save $3 dollars. Cheap company , horrible service!!!! Hated it! I had issues with the rental and everybody- front desk person, the manager and even the so called "corporate office" s representative were horrible. No help at all.
