Absolutely terrible. I did not sign any contract with this company at all. My tools were left in one of their vehicles. I was not allowed to retrieve my tools when they came to pick up their truck. I am not responsible for any contract dispute they have with the indivudual that rented the truck. Russell Barnett Kia has absolutely refused to return my tools.
