Awful experience- avoid these guys – This is too bad because the car was okay even though the facility is a bit dumpy. When I returned car, agent charged me and extra $10 for gas. The gas gauge clearly indicated the appropriate amount for the return. Agent chose to argue. I don't like being taken. Just want to be treated fairly. Next time, I'm going to stick with Enterprise.
This is the worst car rental experience I have ever had. I will be happy next time to pay extra and go with one of the major car rental companies. Usave left me a message on Saturday at 2pm and let me know they would be closed at 2 pm that day and not open again until Monday. I had a flight out the next day on Sunday. They asked me to drop the car off and throw the keys in the slot in the door. How in the world does this company expect their client to get back to the airport once they drop their car off.
