Horrible experience. One star is too generous for it. Car was covered with scratches and I waited for 1.5 hour to get a car. Your auto insurance will not work here. They will ask you CDW no matter what!
DO NOT RENT, THEY ARE NOT CHEAPER. We have cards that include rental car insurance as well as 500k auto insurance and they still require you to purchase theirs. It makes their vehicles the same or more than others. Beware, read the other reviews! We bailed, many can't.
BEWARE!! Do not rent here. They tack on accident and collision waver even if you have comprehensive insurance. At first they lied and said Expedia required it then said company required it. Add $25 a day to cost. Horrible experience. Go anywhere else!!
You’re not allowed to leave the state with this rental company. $100 fee is applied if you leave state in addition to $1.15 every 4 miles. Deposit isn’t guaranteed to be refunded back to card. Do Not Recommend company at ALL!!!!!!
Worse customer service ever!! Paid in full for my car rental, got there and was told there are no more cars! Mind you I took an Uber to get there. No care in the world!!
