Terrible, this whole business is a scam and they seem to operate off of poor communication, lies, and dishonesty. My total was confirmed to be $115 after booking (fees included). Upon arrival they attempted to charge me over $300 in “hidden” fees and even adding $100 insurance to my booking fee (which I’d already declined during booking with Expedia) without my consent at the time of pickup and was told it was “necessary”. Zero stars.. Avoid at all possible. Booked months in advance with confirmation email.. called as per the instructions after landing then told they don’t have a vehicle…. Now stuck at airport with no vehicle fully expecting a car upon arrival. Asked to speak with supervisor told nobody around. Don’t know how they are even a viable option on Expedia…..

I’m not sure where the miscommunication is between Expedia and this business establishment but I was definitely mislead on the pricing. I will provide the images. The business location in itself was in a neighborhood! Not near the airport or by other businesses. They have you speak with a virtual assistant through the process. When I booked through Expedia the remaining balance was $97. When I spoke with the virtual agent he told me my total would be $366 plus $250 security deposit. I rented the car through Uber. It was advertised as unlimited mileage. When I got to the rental office, the extra $579 in fees proved that to be a lie. To add insult to injury, I purchased the unlimited miles and was capped out anyway. Between the deposit and hidden fees I was out $1100 and hadn’t driven off the lot. I will NEVER rent from U Save. U save NOTHING with them. Avis and Turo are easier with no surprises. I suggest you stay far away from U Save unless you want to spend extra.

My first experience with U Save was excellent. The office is modern, and the shuttle service is a great bonus. A huge shout-out to "Ali" who truly knows the art of building customer relationships. Unlike many other rental companies, there were no hidden charges or misleading info. Guys,This is a growing business that deserves our support; I truly hope “U Save” maintains this level of integrity and keeps their customers' trust as the business expands. Give them a try— it’s well worth your money!
