Im in the process of switching to them and im rethinking it. My card doesn't work for online payments and they dont pick up the phone
I only put 1 star so this will be seen and maybe something is done. The pothole by the ATM should have been fixed a decade ago. There's been an entirely new ATM machine installed since it's been there! Also, USBank credit card rewards have not been available for anything but redemption on the CC balance for months. I am so disappointed in US Bank. I have been a customer for 49 years and have over 5 accounts with them. Since we recovered from the pandemic US Bank has not recovered very much. The drive thru is closed because of short staff???? Every time I have gone in the past year to do some business they can't seem to do the task. I could not get my savings bonds cashed, need an appointment. Would not notarize a document because their policy is to not provide any witnesses! Always short staffed, waiting in long lines weekly, drive through hasn't been open in weeks. Always poor customer service.
