I am 83 and was referred to U-Run with a prescription for shoes. A very nice lady showed me several types and brands of comfortable shoes. I chose Brooks which are extremely comfortable and my feet don't bother me anymore. I highly recommend everyone with foot problems go th U-RUN. You won't be sorry!
They had a pair of shoes on hold for me and I went by there twice and they were not open during store hours.
Not very many shoe selections to choose from
Very nice staff but I bought a pair of Hoka’s that the pair got holes in the heel after a week. I was provided a replacement and called them 15 days later with the same problem. The manager was so helpful and refunded my money so that I could apply towards something else.
It was my first time at U-Run in New Braunfels, and I was greeted by Philip who was very friendly and welcoming which is rare now at days. He measured both my feet and brought out various Hoka shoes for me to try on since that is the main reason I went to try on some Hoka shoes. Found a pair that I really liked, so I bought them. Will definitely be returning! Thank you Philip!
