Wow I had set up a ride to get to my Drs apt & no show ??? I called them & was brushed off & hung up on & called setupucare ride & they apologized & said we have no clue what happened & I had to cancel my Drs Apt & make another one as soon as a can ,now I have to set up another ride ,wow uride was rude & hung up ,not happy I been using uride for a quite a number of years & no issues ,sad ,NOT HAPPY I guess for the first time after using Uride I am going to try Transittrip this time ,uride couldn't accommodate my apt ride & s... read more

WE HAVE USED THEM FOR YEARS- WHEN MOM WAS ALIVE! I HAVE USED THEM MYSELF! WE EVEN KNOW DRIVERS! 1ST TIME IN YEARS, A NO SHOW! MY SISTER CALLED TO SEE THE ISSUE! THEY WERE RUDE TO MY SISTER BRUSHED HER OFF AND SAID CALL OUR HEALTHCARE! SISTER MADE SURE THEY HEARD I AM NOT HAPPY! SIS HAD TO CANCLE HER APPOINTMENT, RESCHEDULE! The lady or owner of this company was so rude, snotty, and has poor customer service. Multiple occasions where I, or any of my family members give them a feedback on either about the bad treatment from the drivers, or their poor communications, she automatically goes into defense mode. Talks to me as if I do not understand the Hmong language or as if I’m stupid. Such poor customer service. I would NOT recommend! If I could give a —5 rating, I would!
