Over a month ago I sent them a packet to be served on someone along with a check for payment for that service. I've left numerous voice mails along with e-mails and haven't received a single return call. The court date is in 4 days now and the service hasn't been done and my check hasn't been cashed. I've used them before a few times with excellent results. Are they still in business? 10/17/2022
I am an attorney and was having a hard time serving a defendant. The defendant was evading service. U-Pick was the only (of three) process servers to complete the task. They anticipated his arrival at a local restaurant and perfected service on him at that location. The guy profusely claimed he was his brother until U-Pick confirmed his identity on the spot via an electronic picture he had posted online.
