I dont have words to describe how upset I am. I had 3 upack cubes that were moved from nh to fl. Today when we started unpacking one of the cubes we found all the plastic totes were smashed as well as a life time of collectibles and memories. To say I am heartbroken is an understatement and when I call to to tell them I was told we are sorry but that its not covered. U-Pack was great. I called them several times and whoever I spoke with was able to help and had my move information at hand. ABF’s long history in trucking pays off in their U-Pack ops. I used a trailer to move from Gainesville Fl to Cleveland Oh and am very happy with U-Paclk. Would recommend.

The beginning to end u-pack is definitly the way to go. Truck arrived a day early on each end at no extra charge. I hired hire a helper which is a subsidairy that u-pak let me know about. They loaded and unloaded 2 men 3 hours both ends. You cant beat it. You do have to supply blankets and shrink wrap. Ordered them online and used them all.
