The team was quick and well organized and tried to make sure our stuff was not damaged. They also went through the trouble of trying to assemble furniture that we took apart for the move and were really nice about it (we lost the assembly instructions). Would work with these guys again even the long distance move was a breeze

We are so glad we found U Pack, their ReloCubes were exactly what we needed. Dropped off on a Friday, filled over the weekend, and with a text link click on Sunday, picked up on Monday. Made the 800 mile trip and delivered on Friday the same week. The delivery driver was great and helped with positioning the cubes to make unloading easy. Once emptied, easy notification they were empty, and they were picked up next day and gone. We would absolutely use them again.

I am so lucky that I found upack. I put all my stuff in the trailer in Chicago. They transported everything in good condition to PA. They are fast and responsible to keep customers updated. I will recommend it anyone I know. Thanks again.

UPAK Team was very professional when it came to scheduling. The local ABF Terminal was great with delivering the trailer. The driver was outstanding. The out of state terminal scrambled and worked with me to still deliver the trailer on time even though they hit a snow storm. I 100 % recommend this!!

AWESOME! Great customer service, did exactly what they said they would and did it all on time! They were flexible and even picked up the empty trailer earlier then they were supposed to since I was unpacked sooner than expected. They did only charge you for the space that you used, which helped me out a lot. I will definitely recommend to anyone I come across that is moving!
