Great customer service and extremely responsive customer center. I accidentally locked my locks in the trailer and they came out the next morning to help me get back in the trailer. Highly recommend to anyone!
This is our third move w/ ABF...no issues yet (SMILE). Fargo, ND crew were great. Our delivery guy- Tom was the BEST! Office/dispatch- Lynne & Twilia were on their game. We know who to go to to take care of our 'precious cargo'. Thanks!

They were on time, professional , courteous and went above and beyond to help me with my move.I have used Upack 3 times.. Texas to Alaska...Alaska to Nebraska and Nebraska to North Dakota. All three moves went very well and the price was very reasonable. Do hire labor to load your heavy items, use cargo straps to stabilize your load in layers, pack your truck tightly, have a Tetris mindset.. fewer gaps, less load shifting , use generous padding blankets as well.
