This is the second time I've used U-Pack/ABF to cross the country. Fantastic experience both times! Professional, punctual, helpful, friendly and easy. THE best customer service and very reasonable rates.

Thank Goodness we found U-Pak. We were badly let down by a competitor, (P...s canceled the night before the delivery date.) We had sold our house and had to move out by the closing date, so this was the worst timing possible. I called U-Pak late at night. The call was picked up by a young American woman, who was so helpful, as was her manager. The truck arrived the next day! Moved from Boulder City, NV to Pensacola, FL. Aside from a few boxes ending up wet somehow, UPACK was definitely a great choice. I am definitely glad I didn’t have the relocube stored somewhere for a period of time because I probably would’ve had a moldy situation. They dropped off the cubes , picked them up, and delivered them quickly. Was great to not have been fed a low moving quote and then up charged like crazy on the day of like I have heard many stories from other moving companies. This location was assigned for my U-Pack transportation. They were great. Good communication, no issues with delivery or pickup of my containers. No issues with my delivery once containers arrived in the state I relocated to.
