We rented a 28ft u-pack for our 2650sqft house, paid for a month of storage and had it delivered to its new location. I went with U-Pack versus other brands due to the price point and what they offered. I really needed something this size, with storage and delivery. The customer service and delivery people were awesome. The trailer itself needed some TLC. Very well organized, helpful no matter who you talk to, on time and careful moving stuff. I had a great experience with the people in Minneapolis and in Austin when I moved in May. Highly recommend and love that you can get a quote from the website!
We have used U-Pack for 2 long distance moves. They never disappoint! Communication is exemplary, punctuality is stellar, and the level of professionalism is exceptional!
We just used UPack to move furniture from Georgia to Rural Downeast Maine. The initial contacts with sales/ customer service were very helpful and professional, but the process all seemed a little too good to be true and seemed like too many things could go wrong. My delivery and pickup on the Georgia end went flawlessly, so I really felt like something would go wrong on the VERY rural Maine end.
