DO NOT USE FOR MILITARY MOVES First of all, they dropped off the relocation cube a day late. They then assured me it would be dropped off the next day in the morning, but ended up not dropping it off until the next day in the afternoon. We rented a 28ft u-pack for our 2650sqft house, paid for a month of storage and had it delivered to its new location. I went with U-Pack versus other brands due to the price point and what they offered. I really needed something this size, with storage and delivery. The customer service and delivery people were awesome. The trailer itself needed some TLC. Very well organized, helpful no matter who you talk to, on time and careful moving stuff. I had a great experience with the people in Minneapolis and in Austin when I moved in May. Highly recommend and love that you can get a quote from the website!
