i had a good experience from Eugene Oregon to Rancho Cucamonga California, the asked me to either pick up from the hub in california i did that and given be $250 back

Everything was GREAT until my stuff got to Eugene. At Eugene we were told we would only have access to it after reserving a specific time between 8:30 am to 10 am. The shipment- all my life's stuff- was delivered to a centralized shipping "port". No one told me. When I called from Waldport, my new home, we were told "oh well, you'll have to stay overnight then, (in Eugene).

U-pack is one of the best company's I have ever done business with. Moving from Oregon to Hawaii was a great big deal and they did everything they said they would do. There is someone to answer the phone and everyone was so nice and helpful and are from the US unlike PODS.... If needed I will use them again...
