I paid over $4000 to move my items across the country and be stored for a month. Upon opening the cubes almost everything had water damage, 90% was ruined and had to be trashed. I wrapped the mattress in plastic and it had water dripping down the front. The cube had gotten damaged and water was coming in from the roof. Everything not wrapped in plastic was wet, boxes had fallen apart, mold started growing, clothes smelled like mold, shoes fell apart from sitting in water. It was horrible. We had a great experience with upack. Their quote was significantly cheaper than similar options like pods. Trailer was delivered when they said it would be and it was nice to have 3 days to load it. Our bill came in cheaper than quoted since we didn’t use all of the space. Everyone in dispatch was friendly and helpful and they were able to get it picked up right when we needed it to be. Excellent customer service. However, it's good to know that your stuff, no matter how well you pack or how many straps you use, will take a beating. Every single box was completely smashed, condensation from outside got into my container and the ink from the boxes bled on a lot of my stuff and stained it. So it's very affordable and UPack is great, but the transportation companies are not at all careful, so beware of that. But overall, I'd use them again.

Great experience from start to finish!!! Our trailers were deleivered on time both at the origin and at the destination. They were always available to answer our questions. I would not hesitate to use U-Pack for any future moves. Highly recommended!
