I used UPack twice now, and once for a 3300 mile, cross-country move. I believe this is the lowest cost way to move. If you don’t mind putting in some work, opt for terminal-terminal pricing. You have to call for this. Their closest terminal to Lancaster is Camp Hill, but who the heck would want to move out of Lancaster anyway?

Recently, I moved from Lancaster, PA to Myrtle Beach, SC and used an U-Pack Trailer. The company was very helpful from the first call to schedule the trailer drop off to helping with a one day extension due to some loading issues on my end. Once I arrived in SC, I was able to schedule the drop off of the trailer in my driveway on a day that was convenient for me. Use of the app to schedule the pick up of the trailer in both states along with the text message reminders, made the whole experience a bit more comfortable for me.... read more

At the end of a 1700 mile move it’s nice to feel like the company handling your stuff is on your side. The dispatch team and driver were extremely friendly and even helped get the trailer moved late in the afternoon on the same day they dropped it. LTL Shipping can be a little bit strange in timing and routing, but we rolled with the plan and it arrived the exact day they said it would.
