So glad this company exists. A Uhaul truck was going to cost me $2700 to move across the country. For the same price UPACK had my stuff delivered in great shape. I see some reviews where things were broken on the trip. I am certain that happened because they were not packaged correctly, not because uhaul drivers drive rough. I did not want to drive a huge truck for three days and pay for gas. Also, I put in a special request to have the trailer delivered after hours and they were very accommodating.
