So glad this company exists. A Uhaul truck was going to cost me $2700 to move across the country. For the same price UPACK had my stuff delivered in great shape. I see some reviews where things were broken on the trip. I am certain that happened because they were not packaged correctly, not because uhaul drivers drive rough. I did not want to drive a huge truck for three days and pay for gas. Also, I put in a special request to have the trailer delivered after hours and they were very accommodating. We used U-pack because the cube was tall enough to accommodate a standing grandfather's clock (others are not). After the cube's 2 Wisconsin winters in outdoor storage, we were a bit apprehensive about what to expect once it arrived in Phoenix. But we opened the cube to discover that everything (including the tightly secured clock) was intact and undamaged. Our only disappointment was that it could not be delivered to our newly-constructed home in Prescott. We had to use a moving company to transport it from Phoenix.
