Highly recommend U-pack for moving. We used them for our move from Cincinnati to Los Angeles. They were the most affordable for our move ($2.8k) and they were very responsive. Our things came in just the way we packed them. Only complaint was that they delivered the cube quite late but they called to inform about this and everything went smooth.

My furniture arrived all messed up. I had to get a Uhaul and move my stuff from upack trailer to uhaul truck due to their lack of communication. And of course they declined my claim for damages.

We rented U-Pack to move items from CA to NJ. This was our first time moving cross country so we were very worry on how and if our move would arrive. We were back and forth on if we should used actual movers to move our stuff or pack it ourselves and go with U-Pack. We decided on U-pack. They were GREAT ! They were always available for us when we had questions and were all very professional. Our items arrived sooner then what we expected and in perfect shape. I would recommend them 100%.

This is the fourth time in ten years that I've used U-Pack's services to relocate. They have top-notch customer service, affordable prices, and reliable timelines. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again!
