Everything went the way they advertised. No surprises. Our truck actually arrived at the destination five days sooner than expected which worked out great for us. It’s a little on the expensive side but if you have more stuff than will fit in a large U-Haul, this is the way to go.
They were quick and very professional. From the start with a phone call to set it up, and both drivers for pick up and drop off, everyone was great, quick and professional. Very affordable for my needs and budgets.

We used U-Pack for our move from Northern CA to Northern ID and I 10/10 would recommend to anyone moving a long distance! Their customer service with the teams on both ends was fantastic. Quick responses to questions, friendly agents and great drop off/pick up drivers. The price is 100% unbeatable. We looked around at a lot of different options and this was 100% the cheapest and easiest option!
