I want to thank the person at the Jackson, TN office for coordinating the pickup of the trailer from my sister-in-law, I believe last Thursday March 21. The gentleman I talked to was so nice and professional, that I just wanted to say something nice about him. Using this service was great and ended up being the cheapest option for us moving from Washington to Tennessee, much cheaper than even renting a U-Haul to drive ourselves, and we wouldn't have been able to move everything had we done that - we ended up using a full 27' trailer for our move, with stuff stacked floor to ceiling almost the entire length.
