Very happy with my cross-country move from New York to Los Angeles with U-pack! It was easy to book a relocation cube and their customer portal lays out information extremely clearly. Communication was great and my pod arrived on time for loading. The trip itself only took 7 days from NY to LA! Oscar from the Orange facility in LA is the friendliest person ever :) He made our day by delivering our pod at 5pm on a Friday, after we requested a last-minute delivery.
