U-Pack choose to loose 3K worth of service due to lack of flexibility. Don't alienate your loyal customers. I have used U-Pack and thoroughly enjoyed their service. Unfortunately I went with their competition MyPODS - who provided excellent service. Remember to treat your customers with respect and do not take us for granted.
Moving can be stressful, but U-Pack made the process so much easier. The quotes were accurate, and the pricing was affordable compared to other moving companies.
