Completely destroyed my dresser. With drawers that are non removable (yanking with extreme force would not remove these drawers) so not sure how transport from Colorado managed to lead to a bent track destroying a drawer framing it unusable. Destroyed all TVs (one with cracks and the other damaged at the bottom of the screen) and monitors in the same pod, along with several other items. U-Pack choose to loose 3K worth of service due to lack of flexibility. Don't alienate your loyal customers. I have used U-Pack and thoroughly enjoyed their service. Unfortunately I went with their competition MyPODS - who provided excellent service. Remember to treat your customers with respect and do not take us for granted.
Moving can be stressful, but U-Pack made the process so much easier. The quotes were accurate, and the pricing was affordable compared to other moving companies. I was able to Tetris-pack the trailer perfectly, which saved me an extra 2 feet and knocked $390 off my final bill—what a win! Scheduling the pickup and delivery of my ReloCube was simple, and the drivers were friendly and professional.
