My fiancé and I recently had a horrific experience with U-Pack and ABF Freight that resulted in a major theft of our belongings due to negligence, miscommunication, and total lack of accountability on their part. One of the most unprofessional services out there. Working with them is just wasting your time, money and mental health.
U-pack was really awesome. We did a service center to service center delivery and the staff was friendly and very professional. I shipped from eastern Canada to western US and the process was more straight forward than I assumed it would be. It was the most affordable option I could find (still not cheap) but worth it in the end.
