My husband and I were making a small move from Las Vegas Nevada to Pocatello Idaho and we found this to be an awesome way to take care of business. The pod was delivered quickly. It was a nice size for us to manage by ourselves. We had everything we wanted, packed and loaded within two days, it was shipped and we received it four days later and had it unloaded and 30 minutes. This is the best way to move. You pack and load, so you know you're the only one who's touched your items. I used half of a 28 ft trailer. It made for a stress free trip not having to drive a moving truck. The trailer was delivered to us 4 calendar days after we arrived and only 2 casualties. Probably our fault. I'll definitely use Upack again as we have another move coming next year. I also love that there aren't any surprise charges.

Easy every step. All people I encountered or spoke to were polite and clear in their statements. Best part - no hidden fees ! Highly recommend.
