I am retired career military. I have moved more times than I can count. I have never experienced such a professional/seamless move as I did with the ABF U pack experience. I moved from Memphis Tennessee to Virginia. Almost a 1000 miles. Employees at both destinations were professional and 100% ready to find solutions if a problem arose. Overall very easy and professional to work with. Only negative experience may have been due to a lack of understanding on my part between main UPack office and Regional Servicing offices, but even that was handled expeditiously and still worked out well.

We were dreading moving our youngest back from literally the other edge of the country... with the help of U-Pack (and a couple hours of professional movers), it was surprisingly easy; and ended up getting a comfortable, few day ride with some gorgeous views... instead of a week-long nightmarish cross-country drive in a rental. (Done the move things enough times to hope I learned something)

I do not wish to hurt the reputation of the company by giving a negative review but I would like to make a comment. I would like to ask the owner to make an effort to more clearly advertise on their site that they do not service Virginia to Virginia moves less than 200 miles. We would’ve loved to use your service, had that not been a company policy. The website allowed us to get a quote, but it took us calling to figure it out.
