My items arrived in a timely manner from Arizona, but my belongings were trashed! I've made many moves across the country and never had a load look like this one! When I complained to the company, they just wrote it all down, but I never received any call back about my situation and they didn't address it in any way. If you value your belongings DON'T use this company!!
Trailer took 2 weeks to get here from AZ! Typically is a 2-3 day drive. Ridiculous and overpriced.
I called the corporate office to reserve a Relocube and explained them my situation (basically moving to a condo with HOA rules and they do not allow trailers, but a relocube would've been fine.) I was never told that they do not have relocubes in my area. The customer service representative went ahead and completed my reservation. The following day they showed up with a trailer. They raised the price $500.00 after the move. I have to pay it otherwise they won't give me all of my furnishings! DO NOT HIRE THEM, THEY'RE A RIP OFF! I moved from Florida to Wisconsin.
