Surprisingly a very easy process. I was expecting a headache but nope, customer service was super friendly (except one but I'll give her a pass) and always willing to answer all of my questions. The price was also reasonable to ship roughly 1200 miles. Loading/Unloading was simple except adding/removing the bulkhead doors was a hassle; but with three people (2F/1M) and having to purchase additional locks since there is only a small hole to fit (I wish I would have thought of zip ties), it can be done! We moved from Texas to North Carolina with upack and it was a very good experience.They are clear in the quote and instructions they give. Communication was great and each step went as they said on time! There were no surprise costs. They did exactly what they said they would and it was a smooth process! Would definitely recommend.
