Moved from LA to NY with U-Pack. The process was streamlined, modern, and professional. There was a bit of miscommunication here and there about pick up dates, but nothing major, and easy to reschedule. Definitely better than PODs that's for sure.

They were kind and courteous, they were quick and helpful, and they were more than willing to take on the task of caring heavy furniture upstairs. Probably the most comforting thing about the experience was the playful banter they shared with one another putting me at ease about the idea of having strangers in my home.

As movers go, I had a really good experience with U-Pack. The nice guy who picked up my shipment, gave me hope for a return of great Customer Service. Of course moving cost have gotten out of control, but they were like night and day compared to 2 men and a truck, which were so ridiculously priced, that I thought they had to be joking. I would definitely use U-Pack again.

I’d recommend moving literally any other way. Told me the day the moving container was supposed to be dropped off at my home that they had to reschedule. I of course could not just reschedule, so ended up having to rent a uhaul to then drive out to their location to load the container there. Which defeats the entire purpose. Points for providing some discount after that, but still an overall terrible experience that I cannot encourage you strongly enough to avoid.
