The move from Louisiana to Michigan went great. The reason I am giving 3 stars is due to the fact when I set the move I was informed that they do not deliver where I was moving. Once I got my household goods to the city, the receiving place informed me that they could have delivered, but it was too late to have them do so. So I had to unload at the center and make many trips. So if you use U-pack, call the receiving city if you were told that they do not deliver to your city to find out first.

U-Pack was great to book with and it was a service I was excited to use for my family and I to move across the country. However, mother nature threw out a curve ball and flooded out the town we live near. U-Pack distribution called us in the morning and said they wanted to deliver the trailer early. We told them that they have to take a south route to get to us. We got a call from the driver an hour later saying he can't get to us.
