I’ve used U-Pack for the first time and I think it was great as it allows for less stress trying to figure out how to get your stuff shipped. The only downside is that I think it is a bit pricy. Of course this all depends on destination, but it’s a bit of a hassle, especially when you’re a college student. For that kind of thing, I honestly think it’s greed. That’s literally how people be these days.

Upack was awesome!! Made our move from FL to Maine so much easier and alot less stressful. They kept us informed the whole way and we would definitely recommend UPACK!!

So.. Nobody likes moving.. so things happen.. I moved from Florida to Maine and UPack was way cheaper..AND more helpful on the phone when booking and dealing with any issues.. And of course, when moving you will have issues.. but ever issue I had was dealt with and resolved with professionalism, courtesy, and respect. My only issue was with the delivery, to which UPack does subcontract out.. the day before I had my pod scheduled to be delivered they said can't do it on Wednesday can only do it Tuesday.. WOW! What an excellent service! Upack moved our things from Maine to Philadelphia PERFECTLY! No glitches! Trailer arrived…we loaded it…they picked it up and it was delivered on time! Kind, professional and helpful drivers. Great and efficient communication and service. Extremely helpful. Reasonable pricing. Well worth every penny! Highly recommend this company!
