Avoid this health cate center if you are not 100% confident they take your insurance company. We have Tricare Prime and they said "sure we will file for you and if there is a balance we can collect later." BUT they don't qualify to take Tricare and THREE visits later when she could have gone to an approved doctor they claim they are so very sorry, small and the rate is discounted. The building highlighted is the parking garage, not the actual building. Also, the University of Utah has SEVERAL wellness centers. But no matter which name you type into Maps, this is the only wellness center that shows up (i.e. The Work Wellness Center, Skaggs Wellness Center) are not at this location.
