Easy to work with, convenient did it at home
Staff member Jasper was courteous to me. But I am totally dissatisfied with the outcome of this appointment. I am convinced that it was and still is within the powers of the branch manager or someone else up the managerial chain to help resolve the issue that made me seek an in-person appointment. Unfortunately, I was not given the opportunity to provide more information to and argue my case directly with the branch manager.
