Just received a deceiving letter in the mail from the credit union. It states that in order to protect the member owners they want to to waive class action rights. What is about to come out about this "institution" if this letter is being sent out??? No one will respond to this comment because you are cowards. I will be in Monday morning to cancel my accounts. This is the final straw!
Everyone I met was kind and courteous; the loan officer had some suggestions that were a better option for me than I knew about - his kind conversation opened up other suggestions for me to consider.
The staff is AMAZING! I love the service here. I love UICCU!
