Terrible place to have a loan from or bank. Will hold your deposits for 10 days and not allow access to your money during that time. Will not accept a check from another bank for loan payment without the same 10 day hold. What a joke. Take your banking needs elsewhere, literally anywhere but here unless you want massive frustration and unclear policies.

Great experience, from applying online, docusigning the paperwork, etc. Never had to leave home. I made the car buying experience much less painful. The rates are great, too !
