During my time working under the VP of HR, I struggled with feeling unappreciated and unsupported. My bank was bought out by the U of I Credit Union. I really like the more features that came with it. I applied for a loan with the new bank. Katlyn Garrett made the process so easy. It is definitely worth doing business with this bank
Such an easy process to get my loan. I applied on a Friday and figured I would hear back Monday or Tuesday at the latest. Nope they replied back within 2 hours. Brooks was amazing to work with and answered any and all questions and he did not make us feel pressured to use them. This will be my third time getting a loan for my cars with U of I Community Credit Union. They are wonderful to work with.
Terrible place to have a loan from or bank. Will hold your deposits for 10 days and not allow access to your money during that time. Will not accept a check from another bank for loan payment without the same 10 day hold. What a joke. Take your banking needs elsewhere, literally anywhere but here unless you want massive frustration and unclear policies.
