Just bought an EStarli e.20x electric bike from UMove using the cycle2work scheme. I couldn’t recommend highly enough. The knowledge, guidance and friendly support I got from Darren was brilliant going above and beyond to ensure I got the right bike for my needs.
I bought an Engwe E26 from Darren and I'm delighted with it. Even though it took a while to be delivered it was well worth the wait. It is a big lump of a bike but with the powerful motor it makes going uphill very easy which is perfect for me. I also bought the Engwe pannier bag which holds loads and I've added a few wee stickers of my own. Thank you Darren for all your help.
My daughter and I had a great afternoon with Darren. He ensured we were fitted properly and that we could maneuver the e-bikes prior to heading out on the roads. The bikes were very easy to use, as were rat bells that we rang a lot! Darren was concerned about safety and was constantly checking in with us to make sure we were ok. Darren was knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we had a fun time. Would definitely recommend.
Great service, they were very helpful would highly reccomend!
