Visited U Mobile on 24/5 around 8:20pm to terminate my line, and I had an extremely unpleasant experience with one of the Indian female staff members there. What shocked me the most was seeing her use my IC card to rub/scratch her face right in front of me. Excuse me — are we even familiar with each other?
