I had an extremely disappointing experience with the service. As a U Mobile user, I placed an order for a specific device. The staff even registered the device in front of me. However, I received a completely different device. I told them it was fine, and I would check it before confirming, but they went ahead and canceled the device anyway. Hello, customer datang nak claim raya packet. Tapi tak tahu apa2. Dikatanya kena beli barang dulu. Lepas tu twist lagi. Kata dah expired 20 hb. Hello 20 April. Ini bulan masih Mac. Lepas tu suruh call boss suruh bercakap dengan boss. Loud speaker tak bagi. Lepas tu bagi la juga packet raya. Tapi tahu tak. Rupanya bagi yang tak cukup pieces. Sepatutnya ada 8 pieces. Tapi ada 5 je!!!!!! Bad staff.
