This branch is a SCAM and DISGRACE to umobile... I'm upgrading my prepaid plan to postpaid only for my current number... But they TRICKED me to sign up with the new postpaid line..saying it was come with the package, mandatory and free... I was suspicious so I called the umobile Hq and they said there's no such thing as that.. I asked them to terminate the 2nd line... But they changed to prepaid to keep the commission...
