This is 1 month after I change to their u mobile rm 45 plan. Initially it is great, but this past 1 week, no matter my house or my work place I hardly can get good connections let alone the speed. I went to this umobile centre, but the staff said they never heard anyone mentioning this issue. They said nothing they can do. I can report it using my app regarding the location. Tats all. Ntg is solved Felt disappointed. The service is bad, the line after 1 month upgrade became like that and no one willing to help or do anything... read more
