Ms Pavi is such a energetic loyal employee who is ready to serve me till day of her finishing hours of her shift. As she always says customer happiness is makes my day always. The customer always come first. I was amazed and surprised for her response and remakes on serving me till the shopping operating hours.

My dad and I came here with the intent to upgrade our plans, including adding on a watch plan, and getting him a new phone. We left the store extremely disappointed and almost wanting to port to a new telco. Why? The staff member that we were unfortunately saddled with kept insisting without basis at first that the U-Mobile watch plan was only for Apple watches, which was inaccurate. Truly horrible experience here. We wanted to get a watch plan, but they insisted that we could only get the watch plan if we bought the watch from their shop even though we tried to prove otherwise by referring to their official website. Rude and unhelpful staff spouting wrong information really ruined our day.
