A very good customer service by the name of dini. Excellent and professionalism at it's best.
Nous avons été assez déçus par notre passage chez U Mobile à Prangin Mall. Le service client n’était pas satisfaisant et nous avons trouvé le personnel peu attentif à notre situation. Malgré nos questions et nos problèmes, nous n’avons pas vraiment eu l’impression d’être accompagnés ou aidés correctement. Pour cette raison, nous préférons recommander d’autres opérateurs mobiles. Nous nous attendions à une meilleure prise en charge et à une expérience beaucoup plus positive.
