There was 2 representatives over there one Chinese and Indian. The Chinese girl was helpful and did try to explain about the other charges that I was disputing. However the Indian girl representative there was rude and disrespectful. She was just saying “we can’t dispute, it’s your charge, you made it and it maybe a scam” and just brushed it off, without even looking at what charge I was trying to dispute.
