Good service, you just go in the shop and do all your details on the computer they have there, take receipt to cashier , he gives you key to unlock and plug to suit. Easy. Trailer was pretty good condition easy to winch car on. Just remember tie downs for back of car. Price is good , I did add $17 for extra insurance so total was $89 for 3 hours.
