Horrible experience and do not recommend. Turned up at 10am when we were supposed to collect the ute. Made me wait for at least 20mins then showed us which ute it was. They did not have the keys to the ute and made me wait an extra 40 minutes. After this time they still didn’t have the keys to the ute. They tried to say it wasn’t their fault and that I wouldn’t get a refund of $380. Eventually after talking to them about how ridiculous this was, they agreed to a refund but now I have to wait 5 business days for that.
