Awful experience. Went to collect 3 tonne trailer and it had a flat tyre. The service station staff said not their fault or issue as they just let them park them there. I called u-haul and was told to change the tyre myself???!!! I didn't have heavy duty jack or appropriate tyre iron to remove the wheel. The Kiwi women I called was so rude. Then sent me details of closest tyre shop, because their tyre fitter was 8 hours away??? Just ridiculous.
