Hired a car float trailer for 2 days, the trailer couldn't be detached from my vehicle as they had disabled the handbrake for the trailer. This also caused the trailer at one point to damage my vehicle. Also be careful of their terms and conditions. If you have an accident and you didn't have your lights on while towing (not a legal requirement) you aren't covered and will be responsible for replacing the trailer. I gave 2 stars because we had another issue not the trailers fault and customer service team were helpful.
