Incredibly disappointing. Attempted to hire a car trailer, had made booking prior to arriving and as such had to make payment - no issue with this approach. When I arrived trailer not fit for use (tail lights not working) and no alternative. Nobody able to assist - still not the problem. I left without taking the trailer, having paid $140 for the pleasure. Now my problem - repeated emails to head office requesting a refund and no response.
