The online interface was super buggy and the in store kiosk wasn't working. When we called, the line the customer service guy was really rude and blamed us. They also didn't have any shackles to lock the trailer in place so we had to go buy one before we could use the trailer Just go to bunnings, it's cheaper and much more efficient.
